Neetah Construction Ltd. Is a multi-discipline road and highway Construction and Maintenance Company. Newly formed in 2021, Neetah Construction is backed by it’s founding Partners, the Des Nedhe Group of Companies, with its flagship company, Tron Construction, and the Magnorum Management Group with support from long-time Roadbuilding and Infrastructure companies Morsky Industrial Services, and Western Infrastructure Ltd.

Leadership Team
Ryan Clark – General Manager
Ryan has over 20 Years experience in the Roadbuilding and Civil Infrastructure Industry working and managing projects most extensively in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia with wide variety of scopes and applications. Ryan’s project experience includes all elements of Airport, Road and Highway Construction and Maintenance; Wharves, Bridges and Shoreline rehabilitation. Ryan has managed multiple projects in a Municipal setting including installation of culvert and underground utilities including water and sewer installation.
Ryan’s Technical expertise is in the production of Aggregates & Hot Mix Asphalt, Asphalt Paving and application of Asphalt Pavement Maintenance and Construction technologies, including Asphalt Recycling, Warm Mix Asphalt, Chipsealing and Microsurfacing.
Ryan formerly Served on the Board of Nova Scotia Roadbuilders and is currently Past President of the Canadian Technical Asphalt Association.
